1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from AubeTwill (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products, including Shirts, Shorts, and Skirts. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. User Agreement & Account Usage

As AubeTwill does not maintain a user center or account registration system, all transactions are processed on a guest basis. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information, including billing and shipping details. Any false or misleading information may result in order cancellation.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all Shirts, Shorts, and Skirts. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to monitor settings or fabric characteristics. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance & Limitations

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. AubeTwill reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, especially in cases of suspected resale or fraudulent activity. We may also refuse service to any user at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of AubeTwill or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from AubeTwill. 6. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Shirts, Shorts, or Skirts, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Please indicate your preference when contacting us.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personalized products, or items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AubeTwill and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. AubeTwill does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
